With the range of varieties, we intend to enhance the personality of each varietal, challenging and prestigious areas in and outside Spain.
Tempranillo
This wine is clean and bright, high-layer and with an intense violet-red garnet. Intense aromas of red fruit compotes, dairy products, dried figs, vanilla... In the mouth has a creamy attack, but without strong edges, fleshy, ending with freshness and feeling clean.
Is particularly suitable for cheese curing medium-high sheep and goats, as well as lamb and goat meat. You can also marriage with beef and beef as well as vegetable stews.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and raised 6 months in casks american oak, the Varietal Cavernet Sauvignon is a intense red colored wine with bluish hues. Notes dairy products and memories balsamic own of the variety, but always with the stamp of Finca Antigua.
It´s a contundent wine, very structured at start and great freshness in the mouth. Perfect to accompany cured cheeses and red meat, as well as cooked and pulses.

Merlot
A characteristic cherry red color and violet trim for a wine with vegetable, floral and spicy aromas. Light touches of toffee and toasted because of its 5 months of ageing in French oak barrels. Polished tannins and balanced acidity with alcohol. In mouth it is full of volume and density and has a long friendly aftertasting because of its fine tannin.
Ideal to accompany Japanese dishes as well as dried fish. Perfect for white meats and soft cheeses from cow and sheep.

Syrah
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, macerated for 18 days and aged for 7 months in French oak barrels, the Syrah Varietals dress with a deep purple color and very colored and glyceride tear. It is a cool and complex wine at start, with mineral aromas and memories of wet granite and slate.
Its entry in Mouth is nice, very creamy and with a tastefull end. Ideal for grilled meats, vegetables and rice with meat and medium to high curing cheese, as well as fishes such as tuna.

Petit Verdot
Impeccable clean, brightness and purple color with edge cardinals. An structured wine in mouth, but with very fine and polishing tannins. Soft and fine. Very elegant.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, macerate for 18 days, and raised 8 months in casks of French oak, it is ideal for cured cheeses from sheep and goats, as well as for meat strengths of lamb and kid. Interesting marriage with duck magret.

Garnacha
Medium-high depth, rich purple colour with violet rim and shiny sparkles. Marked, tinted and dense glycerol tears with a noticeable silkiness to the eye.Intense presence but with a smooth and silky sensation from the beginning. Although it has a very fine tannin, this wine has great backbone and energy (great capacity for bottle-ageing). Fresh, long, tasty and chewable finish.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks,Matured sheep and goat´s milk cheeses. White meats like grilled turkey and chicken. Fantastic with charcoal-grilled veal without sauce and with the Madrid one-pot pulse (chickpeas) and meat dishes.
